The customer registers with TeleCanor here. The registration is simple and secure.
When the customer calls a call center, TeleCanor system identifies the customer by his mobile/landline number if is a registered customer. With the help of the agent the customer fills his shopping cart.
After filling the shopping cart the agent re-directs the customer to Telecanor.
Telecanor prompts the customer to input his six digit PIN to authenticate himself. Once the customer is authenticated the transaction is processed, Telecanor announces the result of the transaction to the customer.
At the call center, the TeleCanor system identifies the customer automatically, by his/her mobile number with which he/she has registered with TeleCanor. It ensures that not even once any information personal to the customer is stored at the desktop application of the call center agent. All information is with the TeleCanor IVR which guarantees complete security. When the customer types his PIN on the Telecanor, it is not accessible to the call center agent and the transaction is secured against thefts and frauds.
